Can You Make Money Online?

How do I make money online? That's a question I've been asked a number of times when people find out that I run a number of websites that make me money on a continuing basis. Some of my websites make a small amount of money and some of them do very well. some of these websites are small [termed mini sites] and some are large, some of them sell digital products or e-books, some of them offer news or information, some of them sell hard goods and some of them make money through advertising. I've stretched myself to diversify my streams of income through various methods.

I think the reason some of my websites do well is that they fit me on a personal level. Like many other people who have worked hard to make money online over the last decade, I've tried many different methods and I've learned one important thing ...that some methods fit me better than others.

Learning how to make money online is like any other job. If you think it's going to happen overnight then you're going to be very disappointed. Don't get me wrong, you can start to see cash coming in from a website very quickly but to make money online in any great quantities you need to treat it like a real business that will last. Too many people jump from one method to another looking for the "magic bullet" that will make them rich overnight. The world [and the Internet] is filled with charlatans who will tell you that you can get rich quick. Well, some people get hit by lightning too, but it's a rare occurrence. And so are these get rich quick schemes.

The one good thing about the Internet today is that it allows anyone... and I mean anyone...the opportunity to start their own business with a very low startup cost. The truth is that you could start with zero dollars and make money online although it will make things more difficult. But it can be done and that's not something you can do with a brick-and-mortar business like a corner convenience store or a furniture store in the mall. But you could sell furniture online by aligning yourself with somebody who will drop ship the furniture for you when you sell it from a website! They stock it... you sell it... they ship it... it can be that easy.

Yes, you can make money online. All it requires is time, patience, commitment and a willingness to learn. Are you ready and willing?

Look around the website and you'll find various pieces of information that will help you to make money online. Some of it will be articles, some of it will be free and some of it will be e-books and reports that I sell to help others make money online...and yes that is one of the ways I use to make cash to keep my wife in shopping money!

There's a phrase that says "knowledge is power" and that has never been truer than in trying to make money online. It isn't so much as finding a "magic bullet" as in finding the magic information that will teach you everything you need to know. The Internet is filled with information, all you have to do is go searching for it to help you educate yourself. Let's be frank, a lot of the information that I offer for sale can be found around the Internet for free. That is true of almost every offer you will see as you look for the key to make money online. What I do is compile information that I have found that works for me, that makes money for me and I put it into e-books, lessons or reports to make the whole process easier and faster for you. That is no different than you what you get with a high school, college or university degree... you buy textbooks... you pay for classes... and you are taught by someone with the knowledge. They teach... you learn... you get a degree... you make money when you get a job, start your own business or start to make money online. It's that simple.
